 ORDER CONFIRMATION

After you conduct an order you will receive information via e-mail and a phone call regarding the ordered product.

COURIER SERVICE COMPANY

Deliveries are made by "SPEEDY" courier service company for the whole country.

 

 DELIVERY DEADLINE

Delivery deadline is between 1 (one) and 2 (two) working days depending on the address referred in the order.

 ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed after 4 p.m. are processed on the next working day. Orders made on the weekend are processed on Monday. Deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays. In case of inability to perform the order due to temporary lack of goods availability, and in case of shipment delay due to pending import, you will be informed via phone or e-mail. You will be offered alternative items of the same quality and price if possible.

ORDER CANCELLATION

At each stage of the order formation you are entitled to cancel your order. In case of any change in terms of content, value, terms and conditions of an order delivery, you will be informed via phone call.

The order will not be sent unless we receive your personal agreement regarding the changed conditions.
